This session will equip you with some general principles to apply to your garden planning, planting, and harvesting as well as menu planning to optimise your health and wellbeing on an individual level in your home garden, local community garden or even just when shopping at a Farmer’s market or Greengrocer.

Presenter: Catherine Fallon

Catherine is a Dietitian/Nutritionist and Market Gardener at Somerset Heritage Produce, a farm that uses regenerative agriculture principles to grow vegetables on the banks of the Goulburn River in Seymour. Catherine is passionate about seasonal eating and has a keen interest in spreading nutritional knowledge to improve people’s health and wellbeing whilst also focusing on planetary health and food security.
