Nina Cantina is here to teach how to make delicious Ramen, with Manami Henderson. Manami is a local home cook and dietitian is passionate about sharing her culture through food. Manami is originally from Tokyo, Japan and has been living and working in Wollongong for 19 years and has been teaching Japanese cooking for many years.

Manami will show you how to make a Pork Ramen with a delicious soy based stock with all the trimmings.

Manami has a wealth of information about Japanese cooking and she will teach you so much about how to source good ingredients and share her secrets to mastering this traditional dish.
