Love Your Leftovers

Leftovers can make a quick, easy and delicious meal and they can be combined easily with staples to create entirely new meals. Dishes like curries, pastas, salads and frittatas can all be made from leftovers – reducing your waste and your spending. To get the most out of your leftovers, store them in airtight containers in the fridge. If you won’t eat them within three days, stick them in the freezer so you always have home-cooked meals ready to go. When planning your meals be sure to check what leftovers you have and use them first or include them in your meal plans.
